The Skyway Patrol Lieutenant (formerly Private; now unemployed) was a jealous Skyway Patrol officer who went out of his way to make Jenny look like a criminal, have her creator/mom Dr. Wakeman locked up for good and have the robot shut down permanently.

His uniform may be in pristine condition, but the Lieutenant's willing to get his hands dirty to create a world of order and discipline. Sometimes peace comes at the cost of war.

Special Powers[]

Skyway Patrol Suit: The Lieutenant fights using a power suit created by analyzing Jenny's schematics. This power suit is divided into 5 pieces each with their own strengths and functions:

Energy Glove: A powerful equipment that allows the Lieutenant to shoot mighty bolts of fire and electricity. H can release flames at 500.000 C° and up to 100.000 bolts of electricity.
Skyway Gauntlet: Equipped alongside the Energy Glove, the gauntlets multiply the Lieutenant's power 48 times, making it easy for hm to smash a thick iron plate. He can punch through an attack helicopter's plating with a single punch, bare-handed.
Skyway Goggles: Special shades that can help him identify a criminal's face at a distance of 2 km, by comparing with a database.
Skyway Protector: The Lieutenant's body armor, created with a super-tough material known as "Skywaynium", allows him to withstands up to a trillion degrees of heat.
Skyway Boots: These special boots have a shock absorber function that make it possible for him to take a 100-meter fall with no injuries to himself, or any damage to his boots.

Skillset[]

Skilled Combatant: Besides his natural gifts of a powerful mind and strong body, he also uses his Energy Gloves to fight, capable of shooting mighty bolts of fire and electricity.

Hyper Combos[]

Skyway Strike: The Lieutenant raises his fist and slams it into the ground, creating a shockwave that explodes from the ground in front of him. The shockwave will hit low and launch the foe into the air if it connects.
Skyway Knuckle: The Lieutenant deactivates his glove's limiter and charges before pounding the ground, causing an electric explosion that knocks his opponent into the air. As they begin to fall to the ground, he delivers a series of four high-damage flaming somersault kicks to the opponent. If the opponent avoided the first hit by jumping, the four kicks can hit them as an anti-air.
Skyway Combination: The Lieutenant flame-kicks his opponent in the neck, driving them into the ground and grinding the now-burning opponent's face along the ground like a surfboard. He then performs a flaming backflip which knocks his opponent into the air and catches them with his forearms as they land. He then jumps into the air with his opponent's face in between her arms, and as he reaches the apex of the jump his gloves electrify the opponent. He lands on his feet harmlessly and her charred opponent falls on their back.
