The Shredder is the main antagonist of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. He is the leader of the Foot Clan and the eternal archenemy of Splinter and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. In every incarnation of the turtle team, the Shredder exists to challenge them, whether he be depicted as a human, mutant, alien, robot, zombie or demon.

Oroku Saki has been the archenemy of Splinter and the Ninja Turtles at one point or another in every TMNT incarnation. He is also known as the leader of the New York City branch of the Foot Clan, or at times, the whole clan itself.

Hyper Combos[]
- Hell's Scarlet: Executed by charging backward then pressing forward, backward, forward and kick, Shredder performs several backflip kicks in a row, at the same time striking the opponent with multiple backslashes.
- Crimson Impact: Shredder leaps onto a wall, then performs multiple Sky High Claws on his opponent in quick succession, rising higher up the screen every time while shouting the Ultra Combo's name, laughing sadistically at the peak of the move as the opponent falls, while he lands harmlessly on his feet.
- Bloody Rain: Executed by performing two quarter-circle backward or forward motions and pressing punch, Shredder leaps toward the wall, knocking his opponent in the air whilst passing through them. After flipping back to the center of the stage, Shredder dives into his opponent. If the dive hits the opponent, Shredder then performs a back flip and kicks his opponent into the air. He then plunges his claw (or hand) into their midsection and leaps upwards with the opponent, ending the Critical Art with a vertical slash as he laughs maniacally. Shredder gracefully falls on his feet and sadistically bows.
