Pyhrox is a Hellstroxian; an alien from the planet known as Hellstrox whose size largely surpasses the Milky Way. Over the span of 200 million years, he sought to collect worlds and other celestial objects throughout space by consuming them in flames. After traveling across the cosmos beyond the speed of light, he landed deep within the Atlantic Ocean to wait for the right time to consume the planet Earth.

This constantly evolving alien seeks the Land of Illusion, that he may one day rule this planet. His roaring flames will burn for eternity, fueled by a terrible fury that he cannot forget no matter how hard he tries.

Special Powers[]

Hellstroxian Physiology:

Plasma Form: Pyhrox's body is made out of a low-intensity flame of low-level plasma, which ranges from 1 to 5 inches from his body. He can, however, generate much higher levels and flames about himself. The energy used to support his low-level plasma is small; only when Pyhrox wills his flame to a higher level does the majority of surplus energy with the AR-HP complex become involved.
Pyrokinesis: Pyhrox can generate shapes composed of fire from any point on his body (he usually employs his hands to "sculpt" the flames, occasionally as a lasso to ensnare enemies). He can form fire into long streams, spheres, or even more complex shapes like letters in skywriting. These flaming objects will only remain their shapes as long as he concentrates upon them. The objects will only burn about 3 minutes before expiring unless Pyhrox continues to infuse them with energy. The temperature of these fiery projections is generally around 2,800 F (near the melting point of iron).
Flight: Pyhrox's plasma has a high hydrogen content and is surrounded by an exuded cloud of mono-atomic hydrogen atoms. The hot cloud provides sufficient positive buoyancy for him to float. With mental stimulation of his flame, he can provide enough lift to carry around 180 pounds. By forming a jet from his feet, directed behind him, he can achieve a normal flight speed of 140 miles per hour, and accelerate up to supersonic speeds capable of catching up with faster beings such as Sportacus.
Heat Manipulation: Pyhrox has the ability to mentally control the ambient heat energy within his immediate environment. He can reduce objects' temperatures (if they are in a normal range for existing on Earth's surface) to about 30 F, raise them to several hundred degrees, or extinguish open flames. His radius of influence is about 80 feet.
Immunity to Fire & Heat: Pyhrox is unaffected by heat and flames, including his own, even when part of him is aflame and the rest of him is not. His flesh cannot be scalded or burned by any heat source whose level is below that of his maximum output.

Hyper Combos[]

Flashfire Fist (Passive): Hitting an enemy with a Basic Attack provides 1 stack of Combustion. Hitting a lot of enemies provides 2. At 4 stacks Pyhrox's next Cosmo Disruption or Basic Attack will ignite all enemies hit, dealing damage every .5s for 3s.

Flashfire Fist: Orbital Blaze: Pyhrox jumps in the air and turns into a fiery tornado, diving over the opponent while two spheres of energy orbit around him. Tilting the control stick up or down will change Pyhrox's flight and can be used in mid-air.
Flashfire Fist: Cosmo Disruption: Pyhrox flourishes and fires out a flaming orb ahead of him in a line, dealing damage and granting fuel per enemy hit. Once the fiery projectile reaches maximum distance it hovers for a brief instant, solidifies, and then returns back in pieces, dealing damage to enemies on the way back. The number of shards returning is dependent on the rank of this ability.
Flashfire Fist: Shining Gemini: Pyhrox burns down his manifestation, gaining movement speed and immunity to Slows while leaving a trail of fire behind him that damages enemies. After 3s Pyhrox loses corporeal form for a short time. Pyhrox may leave his incorporeal form early.
Flashfire Fist: Prominence Burn: Pyhrox dashes past his opponent and throws 2 fireballs at them. He then goes underground and emerges from beneath his opponent, sending them upwards into the air, where he proceeds to form 2 large fireballs and slam them into his opponent.
