She is a brilliant scientist specializing in robotics, Jenny's mother, and creator of the XJ series.

In the timeline of UNBSX and SUASBRX, Nora Wakeman has passed away before the events of the game, but still gives advise to characters through the use of Wakeman Capsules during the events of the game. This image of Dr. Wakeman is shown to be able to keep up with current events and communicate with others. The information in the game's database is presented by her.
Wakeman Capsules can also be found in the game's Story Mode and Arcade Modes, granting power-ups (and Tenzin Tokens in UNBSX) to characters. They are capsules that were created and hidden by Dr. Wakeman prior to the series, so that Jenny Wakeman could one day find them and gain power-ups constructed for her in advance.
