Mr. Smith appears as a playable character in Ultimate Nickelodeon Brawl Stars X. He was one of the surprise characters added, because he only appeared in one episode of Hey, Arnold!. He is also the only one from his show to appear.

This entity, classified as PD-224, has been linked to several global attacks. We believe PD-224 is a threat to national security, and we need it neutralized at any cost. You will be supplied with many essential materials needed to complete your mission. We have dispatched numerous resources to deal with this threat, but no no avail, brute force has failed thus far. However, the agency has reason to believe that several empowered 'heroes' are collaborating to combat this threat at -REDACTED-, one of whom -REDACTED- has had experience with PD-224 before. You are to monitor the activities of this group as well, and, if possible, aid in their efforts if it will result in PD-224's termination.

Hyper Combos[]
(Mr. Smith's Hyper Combos are descriptions of his actions, rather than proper nouns referring to a name)
- Deadly Double Combination: Mr. Smith swings his fists three times, uppercuts the opponents, then slams them into the ground. This Hyper Combo has full super armor and will blow through any attack except for command throws.
- CQC Full Throttle: Mr. Smith pulls out a rocket launcher and three rockets, after the third rocket, he jumps straight up into the air and lands on the downed opponent. Mr. Smith will fire his rockets at wherever the opponent is on the screen, and it can hit OTG.
- SCP-096 -IRREGULAR-: Mr. Smith puts his hand over his face and rakes at his chest with the other hand as he transforms into SCP-096 and dashes across the screen, and if he connects with the opponent, he launches them into the air and grabs them in midair, drives them into the ground, and bites their head off. It is a command grab that can be followed up with his other hyper combos for additional damage.

Mr. Smith is noted as a defensive character due to his large stamina and low speed. With three taunts, his stamina can be "increased" up to a maximum of over twice the stamina of Tai Lung, which is also the highest possible stamina of any character in the game.
