Leonardo, or at times referred to as Leo, is the leader of the Ninja Turtles and the oldest of the brothers. Leonardo is mutant turtle who lives in the sewers of New York City and belongs to a diverse family; which consist of three other mutant turtles, whom he calls his brothers, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael, and the ratlike Splinter, who serves as the turtles' sensei and 'father'. Due to his excessive dedication towards ninjutsu, Splinter choose him to be the leader of the turtles. He wields twin katana, indicated in the series as Niten Ryu.
Super Brawl[]
Leonardo appears as a playable character in Super Brawl 3 along with his brothers and nemesis. He fights with his two katanas. His special move is called; Dash & Slash in which he dashes forwards and does an X-slash. Leo also has Fan characters, Ryan and Falon, who both wear blue and green clothes similar to Leo's main color. When called they will jump on the stage and throw a giant TV-screen forwards.
Leo also appears in Super Brawl 3: Just Got Real, this time designed to look like an actual turtle with rubber katana blades. His new special move, Pizza Slam, allows him throw a whole pizza at the opponent.
